Job summary

Hiya Energy is seeking an experienced Lead Estimator to drive the development of accurate and competitive estimates across major engineering and construction projects, from concept through execution.

You will lead the preparation of estimates, coordinate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction and supply chain teams, and develop estimating databases and Basis of Estimate documentation. This is a great opportunity to shape commercial outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading estimation teams for major projects.
• Strong ability to review supplier/subcontractor quotations.
• Proven track record in bid development and risk assessment.

Responsibilities
