Job summary

Enable Investment Holdings Limited is seeking an Estimator to join the pre-construction and commercial team. You will take off measurements, prepare BoQs, and price tenders for energy connections and infrastructure projects.

The role suits either junior or experienced candidates with strong numeracy and a collaborative approach. You will work with Bid Managers, QS, and planners to develop competitive bids and support handover on contract awards.

Qualifications

Experience in take-off measurements, BoQ and pricing for tenders/bids.
Experience on infrastructure construction projects, energy/power preferred.
Degree in construction management, quantity surveying, civil or electrical engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Interpret client tender requirements from PQQ/ITT and prepare estimates promptly.
Take off and review BoQs from client information and price tenders.
Collaborate with Bid Manager, QS and planner to agree on methodology and principles.
Prepare estimating adjudication packs and present the basis of the estimate.
Provide handover pack and ongoing support to site teams after contract award.
