Job summary

Enable-Infrastructure seeks a Senior Estimator to join the pre-construction and commercial team, focusing on energy connections and related infrastructure. You will lead take-off, BoQ pricing and bid preparation, drawing on a strong background in energy or similar sectors.

You will work with Bid Managers, QS and planners to build competitive tenders, hand over to site teams on contract award, and support project delivery with robust estimating practices and tools such as Causeway or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Proven estimating experience in infrastructure projects, ideally energy/power.
• Competence in construction techniques and resource planning for the above sectors.
• Proficient with tender build-ups and BoQ pricing.
• Experience in take-off measurements and pricing.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and advanced Excel.
• Experience with Causeway Estimating Software or similar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates from client tender requirements (PQQ/ITT).
• Take-off and review BoQs from client information.
• Collaborate with Bid Manager, QS and planner on methodology.
• Prepare adjudication packs and present basis of estimate.
• Handover pack preparation and provide ongoing site support after award.
• Maintain notes of adjudication and handover meetings.
