Job summary

A leading civil engineering firm in Manchester is seeking a Senior Estimator to support project bids and growth. In this role, you'll prepare analytical estimates, review tender documents, and work collaboratively with the estimating team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of HND/HNC in Civil Engineering and 5+ years of experience in estimating. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in estimating within civil engineering, focusing on infrastructure.
• At least 5 years’ on-site experience in Civil Engineering.
• Solid knowledge of CESMM, HWMM, SMM7, and NEC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Preparing detailed, analytical estimates from first principles.
• Reviewing tender documents and assessing scope.
• Compiling comprehensive enquiries for subcontractors.
