Job summary

Hill & Hill Recruitment Ltd is seeking a candidate with solid CAT B drylining and fit-out experience to price projects, negotiate tenders and grow the CAT B finishes division. You will develop this area of the business with accountability and potential for bonuses based on wins.

The role offers flexibility on PAYE or through your own limited company, a permanent position, with office bases in Slough or Central London and occasional homeworking.

Qualifications

• CAT B drylining and fit out experience.
• Understanding SAS ceilings, acoustic/soundproof partitions, CAT B fit out.
• Experience dealing with fit-out contractors and tender processes.

Responsibilities

• Price projects and negotiate tenders.
• Take accountability for developing the CAT B finishes area.
• Coordinate with site teams and main contractors to move from tender to site.
