Job summary

Aureos Infrastructure Services Limited is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead cost estimation for a wide range of infrastructure projects, from concept to detailed design. You will analyze plans, prepare quantity take-offs, and develop robust cost data while collaborating with engineers, PMs, and clients.

The role requires 8–10 years in infrastructure estimation with HV emphasis, strong Excel/Project skills, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of comprehensive cost estimates for infrastructure projects (utilities works) from concept to detailed design.
• Analyze plans and specs to produce thorough quantity take-offs and cost data.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs and clients to ensure requirements are captured in estimates.
• Develop and maintain a cost data library including labour, materials and equipment rates.
• Identify and mitigate risks and opportunities in estimates; present bids to stakeholders.
• Prepare bid proposals with scope, assumptions, exclusions and clarifications.
• Mentor junior estimators and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
