Job summary

One Way invites applications for a Senior Estimator to join its groundworks and civil engineering contracting team in the Old Street, London area. The role oversees a portfolio of civil and groundworks projects, ensuring accurate cost planning and tender submissions.

You will work with the estimating, commercial, planning and operations teams to prepare PQQs, estimates and tender documentation, and to support successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating on groundworks or civil engineering projects.
• Ability to prepare and review tender submissions and associated documentation.
• Familiarity with PQQs, estimating, tender processes and cost planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee estimation for civil engineering and groundworks projects.
• Coordinate with commercial, planning and operational teams to develop accurate estimates.
• Prepare tender submissions and liaise with stakeholders throughout the bidding process.

Senior Estimator required to join leading groundworks / civil engineering contractor based in the Old Street London area. The Senior Estimator will be overseeing various civil engineering / groundworks projects. The Senior Estimator will ideally have experience estimating with a groundworks / civil engineering related projects. The Senior Estimator will be working alongside the estimating / commercial team responsible for PQQ??s, Estimating, tender submissions, liaising with and working alongside colleagues from the commercial, planning and operational departments.
