Job summary

PSR Solutions in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Estimator to join the fit-out team delivering major interior refurbishment projects in London. You will support the successful delivery, ensuring safety, schedule and budget while collaborating with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

You will build strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners, monitor progress, identify risks and drive continuous improvement, helping shape the division and expose you to high-profile

Responsibilities

• Support the successful delivery of fit-out and refurbishment projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time and within budget.
• Work closely with project teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure effective coordination and communication.
• Maintain high standards of quality, health and safety, and environmental compliance.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and support the implementation of solutions.
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with project specifications, programme requirements and contractual obligations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners.
• Contribute to a positive team culture focused on collaboration, continuous improvement and successful project delivery.

We are working with a leading UK tier 1 main contractor within their fit out team, focusing on major fit out projects £30m+.

With a well-established Fit Out Division, the business specialises in delivering complex interior fit-out and refurbishment projects, working collaboratively with clients, consultants and supply chain partners to create high-performing, innovative spaces.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Fit Out team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of fit-out and refurbishment projects, working within a collaborative team environment and contributing to the successful completion of projects from pre-construction through to handover.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established contractor, but with the chance to influence the growth of the business and shape the division, working face to face with clients and developing important relationships.
