• RICS qualified with experience managing operational assets in a Local Authority property environment and/or commercial environment.
• Full driving licence and access to own transport to fulfil duties.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day duties arising from land, property and assets; including lease renewals, rent reviews, lettings, wayleaves, landlord/tenant matters, consent apps, surrenders and dilapidations.
