Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd in Bournemouth is seeking an experienced Estates Surveyor to support the management and development of a diverse property portfolio. You will provide professional surveying advice, perform valuations, manage property transactions and maximise financial return on assets.

The ideal candidate has a surveying degree accredited by RICS, membership of RICS, and extensive experience in estate management, acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations.

Qualifications

• A relevant surveying degree accredited by RICS.
• Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
• Substantial experience in property surveying, valuations, inspections and transactions.
• Experience managing property portfolios within a corporate estates environment.
• Strong knowledge of RICS valuation standards and relevant property legislation.
• Knowledge of the local property market, property systems and GIS databases.
• Ability to interpret legal and technical property documentation and provide sound professional advice.

Estates Surveyor

Location: Bournemouth - hybrid
Pay Rate: £32.19 per hour (Inside IR35)
Hours: 22.5 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced Estates Surveyor to support the management and development of a diverse property portfolio. You will provide professional surveying advice, manage property transactions and identify opportunities to maximise the use and financial return of property assets.

This role is suited to a qualified surveyor with strong experience in estate management, valuations, acquisitions, disposals and lease negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
