Job summary

West Lancashire Borough Council is seeking Estates Surveyors at various levels to join a busy, forward-looking team. You will support the Commercial Estates Manager in developing long-term asset management strategies and ensure our assets are safe, compliant and energy efficient while maximizing income and outcomes.

The role involves handling rent reviews, lease renewals, acquisitions and disposals, with several high-profile projects planned to reshape the Council's asset base.

Your Role!

West Lancs Borough Council is currently looking for Estates Surveyors, at various levels. You will be part of a small, busy team and will support the Commercial Estates Manager in the development of long-term asset management strategies, ensuring our assets are safe, compliant, energy efficient, and meeting their full potential in terms of income and outcomes.

We have several key projects planned that will change and enhance the make up of the Council's asset base.

We require an Estates Surveyor to take on a busy case load of rent reviews, lease renewals, acquisitions, and disposals.
