You'll be joining our Property & Estates Team within our office called Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG).

• The role is permanent and full time
• Based in our South West Region - Remote working with regular visits to the support centre or travelling within the South West region
• The Estates Team offers a lot of flexibility with a relaxed, open and collaborative working environment, designed to ensure high performance and consistent delivery.

Your future, your role

As a Senior Estates Manager, you'll be:

• Responsible for identifying and acquiring new dentistry sites within a designated region.
• Responsible for taking these sites through the acquisition, legal, planning and post exchange/completion phases in line with the overall business growth strategy, along with managing all Estates Management activities and related areas requiring property support.
• Working across the business with teams including Mergers & Acquisitions, Finance, Operations and Commissioning to meet business objectives, and working closely with external consultants when needed.

Your skills:

• Educated to degree level in Real Estate
• MRICS Accredited
• Experience in Estates Management & Acquisitions
• Proven track record of identifying and delivering new commercial properties
