Job Summary

Are you an Estates Manager looking for a role allowing you to be home-based with control over your schedule?

We are currently working with a national and international automotive retailer with annual sales in excess of £1 billion across five countries in Europe who are looking for an Estate Manager to join their UK Property team.

This position offers up to £60,000, a company car, performance-related bonus, healthcare, and more. It is based from home with field visits as required.

The role includes but is not limited to:

• Negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals on operational and sublet properties
• Managing standalone and multi-occupied buildings - retail and industrial
• Levying and paying service charges on properties within the portfolio
• Negotiating the purchase and disposal of property interests
• Letting vacant properties, including appointing and managing external surveyors

You will need a full UK driving licence to undertake this role.
