Our client is a London Borough and looking to hire a Senior Estates Manager to work within its education division.
As the Senior Estates Manager, you will report into the Estates Director and help oversee the running of 12 schools from a building and facilities management perspective. You will support a team of Premises Managers and Officers and be there for any escalations as and when required.
The Senior Estates Manager will drive strategy, review, and set standards in estates operational delivery and ensure that outcomes are consistent and compliant. You will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of all school buildings and grounds, overseeing your team, and ensuring the facilities are safe, functional, and conducive to learning.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record in a similar role, be a strong people manager, contract management, commercial, and be able to prioritise work in a reactive environment.
