You will value properties, win new listings, manage a team of negotiators, and drive revenues using the CRM and marketing tools provided. Autonomy, uncapped earnings, and a performance-driven environment await.

Qualifications

• Valuation experience is essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Proficient with various computer software.
• Full driving licence and vehicle.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Maximising revenues and growing the property register.
• Carrying out all market appraisals and winning new instructions within the local market place.
• Developing and executing clear management strategies.
• Managing a team of negotiators and ensuring targets are exceeded.
• Overseeing the sales pipeline and ensuring properties move forward to change of contracts.
• Conducting accurate property valuations.
