OTE: £30,000-£35,000, Uncapped Commission, Career Progression

We’re looking for a highly motivated Sales Valuer/Lister to complement our residential sales team in Peterborough at Bairstow Eves.

Key responsibilities of a Sales Valuer/Lister

The main purpose of the role is to win listings and secure instructions for properties to market while maintaining excellent customer service. You will also schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor whenever possible.

Skills and experience required

• Estate Agency experience
• Preferably an experienced Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager, or an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator seeking career progression
• Outstanding customer care and service skills
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
• Hold a Full UK driving licence
