About the Role

At Ashley Adams, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a highly motivated Senior Estate Agent to join us as a Lister. In this role, you will be listing properties for our fantastic residential sales team in our Derby branch.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for generating new instructions for properties to market while maintaining the highest level of customer service. Building rapport with new and existing clients face-to-face or over the phone is key.

Skills and Experience

• Preferably experienced as a Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager, Residential Sales Manager, or an Senior Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator seeking career advancement
• Outstanding customer care and service experience
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK driving license
