An exciting management-level opportunity has arisen at Connells Group to join our growing business across the Bristol area. We are seeking an aspirational, energetic, and motivational leader with a proven track record in estate agency sales or property listings.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Estate Agency Sales Manager. We also welcome applications from current Assistant Branch Managers or Assistant Sales Managers in estate agency environments who are capable of generating appraisals and winning instructions.

1. Able to work towards and achieve ambitious targets with a proven record as a Sales or Lettings Manager/Valuer.
2. Skilled in identifying new leads and generating business to improve performance.
3. Well-presented, result-driven, with a genuine passion for the property industry.
4. Work closely with your team, bringing new properties to market and devising strategies to match potential purchasers.
5. Stay informed about current market conditions and develop a reputation as a local property expert.
6. Assist the Branch Manager in daily operations, maximizing income and profit from various products and services.
7. Motivate and inspire your team, running morning meetings when necessary.
8. Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a busy environment.
9. Demonstrate strong organisational skills and innovative market growth strategies, planning, and execution.
