Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in electrical or electronic engineering or equivalent.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on hardware solutions for EV infrastructure.
• Strong background in portfolio management and cost-benefit analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio management for ESE and BESS to optimize TCO.
• Own lifecycle management: requirements, onboarding, piloting, delivery, maintenance, decommissioning.
• Develop ESE/BESS technical requirements with regional teams and operations.
• Drive supplier performance and manage vendor relationships.
• Define KPIs and cost-benefit analyses; report on progress.
