Job summary

Aggreko in Glasgow is seeking a Senior ERP Analyst to be the functional SME for Infor CloudSuite ERP and related business processes, providing application, data and process support, escalation handling, and project management to design, implement and improve services per SLAs.

Qualifications

• ERP SME with track record of continuous improvement in Infor CloudSuite
• Analytical problem-solver capable of translating technical concepts clearly
• Experience delivering to tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
• Strong written and oral communication; degree level or equivalent; Infor Certifications desirable

Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Senior ERP Analyst, based in Glasgow.

You’ll be a functional specialist and Subject Matter Expert for our Infor CloudSuite ERP system and corresponding business processes. You’ll be responsible for providing application, data, and process support, acting as an escalation point, and effectively managing business requests. You'll manage projects that contribute to the design, implementation, monitoring, and improvement of these services, while also ensuring process governance aligns with our service level agreements and continuous improvement goals.

What You’ll Do As a Senior ERP Analyst

• Serve as a central Subject Matter Expert for our Infor CloudSuite ERP system and back-office processes, owning problem resolution and driving impactful change while ensuring robust documentation.
• Solve technically complex challenges, delivering high-quality solutions for incident, problem, and project management, always meeting our service levels and deadlines.
• Drive process integrity, ensuring compliance across our services by guiding teams and upholding accountability.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, translating their needs into precise requirements and detailed specifications that drive innovation.
• Collaborate closely with our Global Process Owners, aligning on standard practices to support solution enhancements and delivery.
• Take a lead role in delivering key IT improvement projects and enhancements.
• Inspire and mentor team members, facilitating knowledge exchange across teams and ensuring a global approach.
• Champion continuous improvement, proactively identifying inefficiencies and implementing robust, solutions that leverage AI, automation and self service.

You Are

• An ERP Subject Matter Expert, with a track record of driving continuous improvement and tangible enhancements in Infor CloudSuite or other similar ERP platforms.
• A highly analytical problem-solver, adept at diagnosing complex issues and translating technical concepts clearly for any audience.
• An experienced professional that thrives in fast-paced and challenging environments while effectively managing business requests and delivering to precise specifications.
• A collaborative team player who also excels autonomously, demonstrating strong written and oral communication skills.
• Educated to degree level or possess equivalent experience, with desirable certifications such as Infor Certifications or similar.
