Job summary

Arthur, a leading insurance organisation, is recruiting a Head of Enterprise Risk Management to drive the ERM framework, challenge risk exposures, and shape risk strategy at board level.

This senior role offers exposure to Executive and Board stakeholders, leading a Risk team and delivering comprehensive risk reporting across underwriting, investment, capital, and other risk domains. London-based with hybrid working.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the ERM framework and provide independent challenge across key risk areas.
• Shape risk strategy across the business and deliver robust risk reporting to the Board and Executives.
• Lead and develop a high performing Risk team with clear governance and accountability.

Job description

I’m working with a leading insurance organisation on the appointment of a Head of Enterprise Risk Management. This is a senior, highly visible role with significant exposure to Executive and Board-level stakeholders. You’ll lead the development of the ERM framework, provide independent challenge across key risk areas and play a key role in shaping risk strategy across the business.
