Zusammenfassung

Swift is seeking an Enterprise Risk Analyst to work with the Head of Enterprise Risk Framework and stakeholders across the ERM Policy & Methodology team to ensure the Enterprise Risk Framework is effective, embedded, and continuously improved.

Responsibilities include leading ERMF changes, maintaining collateral, and driving risk data quality and reporting for senior audiences within a fast-paced financial services setting.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management or with ServiceNow Design SME
• ISO31000 or similar ERM certification
• ServiceNow IRM certification

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, implement and embed methodology changes to the ERM framework to stay dynamic and regulatory-aligned.
• Lead governance and changes to ERMF elements within Swifts Risk System.
• Develop and deliver risk data quality management and reporting to support decision-making.
