Job summary

Swift seeks an Enterprise Risk Analyst to collaborate with the Head of Enterprise Risk Framework and Risk Department to ensure the ERM Framework is effective, embedded, and aligned with regulatory standards. The role involves designing and embedding methodology changes, maintaining ERM collateral, and delivering insightful risk reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in Enterprise Risk Management or related risk disciplines.
• Experience producing risk reporting for senior audiences.
• Certification in ERM frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000) is preferred.
• Proactive communicator able to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head of Enterprise Risk Framework to ensure the ERM Framework is effective, efficient and embedded.
• Design, develop, implement and embed methodology changes to keep the ERM approach current with regulatory standards.
• Maintain and refresh ERM Framework collateral to meet business owner and Risk Partner needs.
• Support in the refresh and delivery of core ERM components including Risk Appetite and Key Risk Indicators.
• Analyze Enterprise Risk data to assess implementation of the ERM Framework and drive improvements in data quality.
• Develop and support risk reporting that informs decision-making and has organizational impact.

• The Enterprise Risk Analyst works closely with the Head of Enterprise Risk Framework as well as key stakeholders across the ERM Policy & Methodology team , the Risk Department and Swift to ensure Swift’s Enterprise Risk Framework is effective, efficient and embedded
• Support the Head of Enterprise Risk Framework to design, develop, implement and embed methodology change to ensure Swift’s approach to Enterprise Risk Management continuously improves and remains dynamic, aligns with regulatory and meets industry standards
• Maintain effectiveness of Swift’s ERM Framework collateral to meet business owner and Risk Partner needs
• Support in the refresh and delivery of core components of Swift’s ERM Framework including Risk Appetite and Key Risk Indicators as well as organisational tolerances
• Perform analysis of Enterprise Risk data to assess implementation of Swift’s ERM Framework and working closely with Risk Partners to continuously improve implementation as well as data quality
• Develop and support effective risk reporting that has organisational impact and creates insight for decision-making

Solution orientated, curious and willing to ask questions

ISO31000 or similar Enterprise Risk Management certification
