Our client, a global leader in Customer Data Science, is seeking a Senior ER Manager to join their People team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The Role:
As the Senior ER Manager, you will lead the Employee Relations Centre of Excellence, driving initiatives that foster a harmonious work environment, boost employee satisfaction, and enhance productivity. This pivotal role involves developing and implementing a strategic employee relations roadmap, managing complex workplace issues, and guiding the People team to align with the company’s values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Global Case Management: Handle cases with a global focus, particularly in EMEA markets, ensuring consistency and compliance.
* Coaching & Mentorship: Support and develop People Business Partners in all aspects of employee relations.
* Strategic Roadmap: Develop and implement a comprehensive employee relations strategy that proactively addresses workplace challenges.
* Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze ER data to identify trends and create strategies for continuous improvement.
* Complex Casework: Manage and resolve complex ER cases, maintaining a hands-on approach.
* Training & Development: Lead training sessions for the People team and managers to enhance ER capabilities.
* Policy Oversight: Ensure the development, implementation, and compliance of People Policies and procedures.
* Leadership: Exhibit strong leadership qualities with passion, courage, and a hands-on approach.
