Sky is seeking a Senior ER Consultant to shape and deliver high‑quality Employee Relations services across the business. You will manage your own caseload, advise senior leaders, and partner with the People Partner team to ensure compliant, commercially sound outcomes.
You’ll develop and mentor ER colleagues, champion process improvements, and engage stakeholders across HR, legal, and risk. The role is hybrid, based in Osterley, London, with a focus on delivering trusted, data‑driven ER guidance.
As a Senior ER Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality ER service across the business, working closely with a specific business area and managing your own case load. You will act as a trusted advisor to people partnering teams and senior leaders, ensuring day to day alignment on ER approach, risk mitigation and best practice. Alongside this you’ll work closely with the ER management team to support and develop team members, ensuring a high-quality output and manager experience.
We've adopted a hybrid working approach to give more flexibility on where and how we work. The hybrid working expectations for this role are 3 days in the office per week.
