Job summary

Zachary Daniels are seeking a Senior Employee Relations Advisor for a remote UK role offering £50,000 - £55,000. The ideal candidate will come from a hospitality or retail background and enjoy building strong relationships with managers.

You will work with the People team to manage a varied ER caseload, coach managers through processes, contribute to policy development and drive improvements in how ER support is delivered, while ensuring compliance with UK employment law.

Qualifications

• Experience managing ER cases and advising managers, including senior stakeholders.
• Strong, up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and an understanding of employment tribunal processes.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• A pragmatic, commercial approach, with the ability to assess risk and recommend appropriate next steps.
• Excellent communication, coaching and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise a busy caseload.

Zachary Daniels are delighted to be partnering with an established business to recruit an Senior Employee Relations Advisor. The ideal candidate will come from a hospitality or retail background.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ER professional who enjoys building strong relationships, coaching managers and providing practical advice across a varied caseload.

Working closely with the wider People team, you will play a key role in ensuring employee relations matters are managed fairly and consistently, balancing the needs of colleagues with a commercial approach.

The Role

As Senior Employee Relations Advisor, you will be a trusted point of contact for managers, supporting them through ER issues and developing their confidence in managing people matters.

Alongside case management, you will have the opportunity to contribute to training, policy development and improvements to the way ER support is delivered.
