The role:

My client is seeking an experienced Senior EPR Delivery Manager to join their team.

This will be a highly autonomous role with a broad range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Delivery of large-scale, high-profile EPR programmes nationally
• Matrix management across multiple teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Leading multiple senior professionals
• Acting as a central point of contact for stakeholder management and senior programme queries
• Efficiently driving projects forward with expert risk management
• Continuous improvement of the EPR delivery process
• Working alongside TDA’s on integration and clinical workflow
• Managing and tracking escalations
• Mentoring more junior staff members
• Managing go-lives effectively utilizing prior experience
• Resolving complex technical issues or queries
• Project scoping and contract evaluation

Core experience required:

• Deep understanding of EPR and its foundations
• Ability to build strong, lasting relationships with customers
