Job summary

Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust in London is seeking an experienced Senior EPMA Pharmacist to lead development, configuration, testing and governance of the EPMA system across the Trust, enabling safer, digitally enabled patient care.

The role requires extensive experience with Oracle Health EPR (CareFlow EPMA preferred), senior EPMA leadership, and delivering organisation-wide digital transformation initiatives, with training and governance responsibilities.

Qualifications

Lead and configure the EPMA system across the Trust
Provide expert clinical and digital leadership for EPMA practices
Support digital transformation and the EPR programme
Train multidisciplinary staff in EPMA usage
Monitor EPMA performance and contribute to governance and risk
Collaborate with clinicians to implement digital solutions
Act as ambassador for EPMA and digital medicines optimisation

Responsibilities

Lead and support the development, configuration, testing and optimisation of the EPMA system.
Provide expert clinical and digital leadership to ensure safe and effective electronic prescribing practices.
Support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives and contribute to the Trust's Electronic Patient Record programme.
Train, coach and support multidisciplinary staff in the use of EPMA systems.
Monitor system performance, investigate incidents and contribute to clinical governance and risk management activities.
Work collaboratively with clinicians and operational teams to design and implement innovative digital solutions that improve patient care.
Act as an ambassador for EPMA and digital medicines optimisation across the organisation.
