Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a senior Environmental Planning professional to join our Environment, Sustainability & Planning team across London, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Leicester, Birmingham or Edinburgh.

You will lead complex EIA and consenting work, manage multidisciplinary teams, mentor colleagues, and help develop client relationships and bids.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Management, Economics or a related discipline.
• Significant experience leading EIA projects within a consultancy environment.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills.
• Experience in socio-economic assessment would be advantageous but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental planning projects from inception to delivery.
• Coordinate EIA and environmental assessment activities across sectors.
• Mentor colleagues and support business growth.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to bids and frameworks.
• Deliver high-quality technical reports and reviews.
