Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking a Lead Coordinator / Project Manager in the UK to drive environmental services across major projects. You will manage client relations, lead complex EIAs, and coordinate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality environmental reports.

Essential experience includes lead project delivery, knowledge of Irish consenting regimes, and strong reporting skills. A hybrid work model is offered with flexible arrangements and strong professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent education in a related field.
• Experience as Lead Co-ordinator / Project Manager delivering planning and environmental services in Ireland.
• Understanding of environmental impacts of major projects.
• Experience delivering EIAs and environmental assessments across sectors.
• Excellent reporting ability with examples.
• Robust knowledge of consenting regimes in Ireland.
• Collaborative and supportive with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client/stakeholder relationships and deliver outputs independently.
• Lead complex projects and develop tactical strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Provide innovative solutions to environmental challenges.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to add value.
• Oversee delivery of projects in a client-facing role and manage relationships.
• Coordinate high-quality environmental reports including EIAs and assessments.
• Work with engineering teams to inform design and mitigate risk.
