Ramboll is seeking an Experienced Senior Consultant Environmental Due Diligence to join the UK&I team and support fast-paced M&A transactions across the UK and globally. You will identify key EHS/ESG risks and provide targeted advice to buy-side and sell-side clients, delivering high-quality reports and proposals.

You will work with in-house EHS/ESG specialists to deliver due diligence and support project management and client proposals.

Competenze

• Relevant degree/qualifications. Ideally in environmental studies/geography or similar.
• Sound understanding of UK environmental regulations and key environmental/sustainability regulations in Europe.
• 7 to 12 years of practical work experience delivering Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, LECR assessments, ideally to ASTM standards, and ESG assessments.
• Ability to understand information quickly and work efficiently, proactively and autonomously.
• Experience in supporting the preparation of proposals.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with external clients/advisors.
• Project Management experience.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to travel, typically within the UK and Ireland.

Mansioni

• Preparation of proposals, including pricing and timescales, with client discussions.
• Project management and coordination of medium to large projects across geographies for buy- and sell-side.
• Delivery of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and LECR assessments for diverse sites.
