Job summary

Ramboll is seeking an Experienced Senior Consultant Environmental Due Diligence to join the UK & Ireland transactions team. You will identify key EHS and ESG risks and provide high-quality, client-focused due diligence outputs for buy-side and sell-side transactions across sectors.

You will deliver Phase I ESAs, LECRs, and ESG assessments, work with multi-disciplinary teams, help develop proposals, and travel within the UK and Ireland as required.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in environmental studies/geography or similar.
• Sound understanding of UK environmental regulations and key EU sustainability regs.
• 7–12 years delivering Phase I ESAs and LECRs, ideally with ASTM standards; ESG assessments experience.
• Experience in preparing proposals.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and advisors.
• Project management experience and willingness to travel within UK & Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of proposals, including pricing, budgets and timescales.
• Project management and coordination of medium to large multi-site projects across geographies.
• Delivery of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and LECR assessments for diverse sites.
• Delivery of ESG assessments and client-focused reports for buy-side and sell-side due diligence.
