Job summary

Ramboll is seeking an Experienced Senior Consultant Environmental Due Diligence in the UK & Ireland, delivering fast-paced, high-quality due diligence for M&A transactions. You will identify environmental risks, develop targeted client reports, and collaborate with EHS/ESG specialists across sectors.

You will manage proposals and lead multi-site projects, with travel within the UK and Ireland, contributing to sustainability outcomes post-acquisition.

Qualifications

• Degree in environmental studies/geography.
• Strong communication skills and client interface.
• Experience delivering Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and LECR.
• Experience in ESG assessments for buy-side/sell-side due diligence.
• Ability to travel within the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and Limited Environmental Compliance Review (LECR) for multiple sites.
• Delivery of ESG assessments to support buy-side and sell-side due diligence.
• Project management and coordination of medium to large, multi-site projects across geographies.
• Support development of client proposals and new client relationships.
