Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Environmental Consultant to coordinate environmental inputs to EIA screening, scoping and Environmental Statements, across full project life cycles. You will be part of a national team delivering complex infrastructure projects and working with a broad client base.

You will work with over 165 UK/IE specialists, contribute to governance with the IEMA EIA Quality Mark, lead cross-discipline reviews, and support business development while maintaining high quality

Qualifications

Degree in an environmental discipline, preferably with a Masters, and relevant professional membership.
Experience coordinating environmental reports in EIA consultancy.
Understanding of relevant consenting regimes and ability to work with specialist teams.
Developing project management skills including budgeting and scheduling.

Responsibilities

Coordinate environmental inputs to EIA screening and scoping.
Review environmental reports and specialist chapters to ensure quality.
Coordinate resources and budgets within projects.
Collaborate with integrated design teams to improve environmental outcomes.
Direct client contact and liaison with internal supply teams.
Promote environmental services and support fee/proposal development.
