Job Title: Senior Environmental Consultant

Location: London

Salary: Up to £60,000

A leading M&E Engineering Consultancy based in London is looking for a Senior Environmental Consultant to join their team.

Responsibilities

1. Gather and process utilities consumption data.
2. Conduct energy audits of properties, understand building services and controls, and identify energy-saving measures.
3. Assist with technical feasibility projects.
4. Perform site investigations into utility metering and infrastructure, and advise on improvements.
5. Produce energy and sustainability reports for prestigious offices and property portfolios.
6. Review and create smart metering reports.
7. Liaise with utility suppliers and clients.
8. Conduct site surveys of commercial properties (offices, retail, industrial) for the purpose of producing EPCs (non-domestic) and DECs (not required).
9. Enter data from site surveys into modeling software.
