Responsibilities

1. Implement the Telent Sustainability Strategy and support Business Units in achieving waste reduction, carbon reduction, and compliance with ISO14001 and legal requirements across our Rail and Asset Management divisions.
2. Provide expert guidance to EHS teams and project leads on environment and sustainability matters to meet customer and regulatory standards.
3. Support risk management by establishing environmental assurance processes, including audit programs, to ensure effective compliance through inspections and audits.
4. Assist in preparing sustainability and carbon reports and related documentation.
5. Participate in up to 50% UK-wide travel to support various divisions and projects.
