Deliveroo is seeking a Senior Enterprise Security Engineer to design and operate security controls protecting our networks, identities, endpoints, and systems. You’ll work globally with teams across regions, delivering risk reductions and maturing controls while balancing usability.

You will lead architecture decisions, implement security initiatives end-to-end, and collaborate with IT, Legal, Privacy, Engineering and business stakeholders. Expect autonomy and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/Cybersecurity/IT.
• 5+ years in Security Engineering, Corporate Security, D&R, or related field.
• Hands-on IAM platform administration (e.g. Okta, Google Workspace).
• Deep hands-on experience with Google Workspace products and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
• Experience with modern authentication standards (FIDO2, WebAuthn, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect).
• Experience with securing macOS, Windows and Linux endpoints using MDM/EDR/XDR tools.
• Experience operating SIEM and/or SOAR platforms and tuning detection logic.

Responsabilités

• Design, deploy, and maintain core corporate security controls including MFA, JIT access, RBAC, and zero-trust.
• Own deployments, configurations, and API integrations for security tools across the corporate environment.
• Lead the technical strategy for Endpoint trust, DLP, IP storage, and SaaS security.
• Develop automation scripts and tools for security workflows, incidents, and audit evidence.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to embed security into workflows and promote secure baselines.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and raise engineering standards.
