Job summary

CUBE AI is seeking a senior Product role in London to own the UK/Europe feedback loop, embed with customers, and turn insights into actionable roadmaps. You will work directly with enterprise stakeholders, travel across the UK and Europe, and collaborate with engineers to scale a high-impact product in a fast-growing AI security company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning product with real accountability for outcomes.
• You have done discovery with your own hands, sat next to users.
• Deep working knowledge of how a bank or large financial institution operates.
• A track record of shipping into enterprise environments.
• You treat product and engineering as two halves of the same thing.
• Comfortable with sustained travel across the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Own the feedback loop end to end for our UK and European customers.
• Embed with customers on their premises; regular in-person time with their teams (London).
• Turn what you see into the roadmap; write requirements and defend priorities with engineers.
• Move customers from manual to automated; close the automation gap.
• Build the discovery practice from zero and scale with the team.
• Be the product voice in the room with enterprise stakeholders across risk, operations, and technology.
• Feed the expansion motion by sizing and specifying what a customer should buy next.
• Prove the model so we can copy it (London as gateway to Europe).
