Job summary

Sword Group seeks an experienced network solutions lead to design, deliver and own complex enterprise networks across routing, switching and security. You will deploy Cisco/ Fortinet systems, architect VXLAN EVPN data center fabrics and work with VMware/Nutanix and cloud platforms.

Strong communication and project leadership are required to drive initiatives end-to-end. The role focuses on project delivery rather than daily BAU tasks, with emphasis on architecture, documentation and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and able to lead design to implementation.
• Strong Cisco routing/switching and CCNP/CCIE level experience.
• Experience with Fortinet security, FortiGate and SD-WAN.
• Hands-on with VMware/Nutanix/Hyper-V and cloud platforms.
• Familiar with ACI, VXLAN EVPN, and Palo Alto Panorama.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from design through implementation and ownership of the solution.
• Design and deliver enterprise network solutions across routing, switching and security.
• Produce low-level designs, implementation plans and build documentation.
• Deploy, test and optimise network infrastructure with Cisco expertise.
• Support modern data centre and campus designs including VXLAN EVPN.
• Configure Fortinet and centralised management via FortiManager/ FortiAnalyzer.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and work with stakeholders to align to standards.
• Create accurate technical documentation and participate in workshops and reviews.
• Understand integration with compute/storage like VMware/Nutanix/Hyper-V and cloud.
