Job summary
Carnival UK is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to guide our enterprise-wide architecture and strategic technology decisions. You will shape target-state architectures that enable business value, work with senior stakeholders, and partner with delivery teams to simplify a complex technology landscape.
The role requires influencing across architecture, engineering, and business teams, balancing immediate delivery with long-term architectural vision in a hybrid-work environment.
Qualifications
- Deep experience designing and governing enterprise architectures across complex business environments.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business needs into architecture outcomes.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes with modern and legacy tech
- Knowledge of AI-enabled solution evaluation and integration within enterprise context.
Responsibilities
- Develop and shape target-state architecture across Carnival UK's business, application and data domains.
- Influence technology investment decisions and roadmaps aligned to strategy.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, delivery teams and business partners to reduce technical debt.
- Conduct architecture reviews, ensure compliance with standards, and plan for long-term capabilities.
- Lead through influence across teams without direct line management responsibility.
