Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland in London, Manchester, and Edinburgh seeks an Enterprise Architect Manager/Senior Manager to lead large-scale transformation in the Communications, Media & Telco sector.

You will engage with C-suite and senior clients, shape end-to-end architecture strategies, and drive innovative BSS/OSS transformations using TOGAF and modernisation methodologies. This role requires mobility and onsite collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) industry with telecom exposure.
• Strong knowledge of BSS/OSS domains (CRM, CPQ, Order Management, Product Management, Billing).
• Proven delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs across telecom environments.
• Cloud-native architectures and platform-based transformation expertise.
• Executive communication and stakeholder influence at C-suite level.

Responsibilities

• Assess the impact of business strategy on enterprise architecture across organisation, applications, data, infrastructure and operations.
• Lead large-scale IT and digital transformation programs for telecom clients, advising on impacts across people, process, technology, data and AI.
• Drive BSS/OSS transformation initiatives and align architecture with client offerings.
• Engage with C-suite stakeholders to influence architectural and investment decisions.
• Co-create client Enterprise Architecture vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end architecture blueprints covering applications, integrations, data and technology landscapes.
