Job summary

Matchtech is seeking an Enterprise Architect to support digital engineering and software engineering for sensitive MoD and aerospace programmes in Reading. This contract role focuses on integrating a Software Factory within a Digital Engineering environment, enabling secure delivery across the lifecycle with Digital Thread and Digital Twin outcomes.

You will lead high- and low-level designs, drive architecture governance, and translate policies into design standards while engaging with suppliers

Qualifications

• Strong background in Enterprise/Business Architecture (5+ years).
• Experience in defence/aerospace environments or regulated contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain HLD/LLD designs.
• Provide architecture leadership across software engineering teams.
