Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to drive architecture across the organisation's corporate banking platforms. You will partner with business and solution architects to shape delivery roadmaps, translate capabilities into components, and lead technical delivery in a complex, multi-ERA environment across on-prem and cloud platforms.

You will influence solutions, manage stakeholders, and ensure regulatory and risk considerations are integrated.

Qualifications

• Proficient Enterprise/solution architecture with ability to produce fit-for-purpose designs.
• Ability to build high-level proposals and articulate pros/cons in business terms.
• Skilled at translating requirements into functional components and architecture.
• Effective communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build understanding of current and target business functions, processes and assets.
• Translate target capabilities into functional components and boundaries.
• Drive technical realisation with Architects and Leads to map designs.
• Engage vendors to assess suitability of components.
• Define roadmaps with programme management to maintain service and realise benefits.
