Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting and administering enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Administration or Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Familiarity with service management and SDLC.
• Experience working with global teams and vendors.
• ITIL Foundation would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration and support for enterprise applications.
• Review releases, upgrades, patches, and enhancements for improvements.
• Configure, install, test and maintain application software per requirements.
• Monitor availability, performance and service levels.
• Investigate and resolve incidents and problems.
• Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate fixes with teams.
• Coordinate changes, testing and release activities.
• Manage lifecycle activities, licensing, security reviews and governance.
• Support high availability and disaster recovery processes.
• Create training materials and user guides.
• Develop communities to improve user adoption.
• Analyze processes to identify efficiency improvements.
