Job Description:

This role involves the Senior Engineering Team Lead actively participating in software development, coding alongside the team, and developing architectural solutions. The position requires a hands-on technical leader who writes code, guides the team, and drives innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Scaled Agile Planning: Facilitate team planning following SAFe principles to meet business goals.
2. Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members' growth and performance.
3. Code & Architecture Oversight: Lead reviews to ensure high standards and consistency.
4. Quality Assurance: Ensure quality practices in testing, code, and system reliability.
5. Architectural Expertise: Design solutions using CQRS and Event Bus architectures, focusing on AWS environments, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

Essential Skills:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to drive project delivery and continuous improvement.
• Adaptability to new tools and methodologies.

Technical Skills:

• Unit and Integration Testing
