Job summary

Osprey is seeking a proactive Engineering Surveyor to lead surveying, setting out and dimensional verification across civil, structural and mechanical works for the Hinkley Point C project. You will ensure works meet design specifications and quality standards, collaborating with Engineering, Construction and Project Delivery teams.

The role involves managing survey activities, maintaining control networks, interpreting drawings and BIM models, and producing detailed survey reports to support

Qualifications

• Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional accreditation such as MRICS or AssocRICS is desirable.
• Proven experience in Dimensional Control/Engineering Surveying in construction or energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of dimensional control, geometric verification and construction surveying methods.
• Experience interpreting drawings, BIM models and survey data for setting out and control.

Responsibilities

• Lead dimensional control, surveying and geometric verification across complex projects.
• Carry out surveys for civil works including foundations, structures and infrastructure.
• Perform dimensional verification and alignment surveys for mechanical installations.
