NP Aerospace, Ltd. is seeking two Project Managers to lead engineering projects in Coventry. The role involves managing a portfolio of projects that ensure the operational capability of the UK’s protected mobility fleet.

The ideal candidate will have a technical or engineering degree, experience in project management, and strong leadership skills. Competitive salary ranges from £45,000 to £55,000 per annum, with additional bonuses.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within a technical, defence, or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication skills – able to engage across engineering and leadership teams.
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance without exemptions.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners for governance and reporting.
• Contribute to bids and proposals, supporting the growth of the project portfolio.
