Job summary

NP Aerospace in Coventry, UK, is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to bridge design and shop floor execution. You will lead readiness for new vehicle products, design processes, balance workloads, develop manufacturing instructions, complete PFMEA, and train operators to ensure quality, cost and schedule targets are met.

You will work with Engineering, Operations and Programme teams to ensure CAD models and drawings are producible, support prototyping and initial production runs, and drive

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer.
Experience with lean manufacturing concepts and methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead manufacturing readiness for new vehicle products, including process design and PFMEA.
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Programme teams to ensure practical manufacturability.
Improve existing manufacturing processes using Lean techniques (5S, line balancing, single-piece flow).
Maintain accurate engineering BOMs and monitor manufacturing KPIs.
