Job summary

ETL Systems Ltd in Hereford is seeking a Senior Project Programme Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of engineering and manufacturing projects up to 18 months. You will work with Engineering, Production, Operations, Sales, customers and suppliers to deliver on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, risk management, and a solid understanding of RF/electronic systems, with proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex engineering, R&D, NPI or manufacturing projects.
• Experience managing projects through the complete product development lifecycle.
• Experience delivering projects within an engineering and manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting bids, sales activities and project costing.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple departments and functions.
• Experience engaging directly with customers and suppliers.
• Working knowledge of structured project management methodologies.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial management capability.
• Technical understanding of RF and electronic systems, including hardware/software interactions.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Relevant Engineering qualification
