Job summary

World Class Defence Organisation is recruiting an RF EW Product Engineer for an initial 6-month contract, with hybrid working (3 days onsite, rest from home) based in the UK (Stevenage or Bristol). The role involves managing RF and electronic systems, requirements flow-down, and coordinating with suppliers to deliver validated hardware for EW programmes.

You will work under a Design Lead to ensure time, cost and quality constraints are met, with potential travel within the UK to support

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of RF and electronic systems (ES/EA).
• Ability to specify clear, actionable requirements to design teams.
• Experience working with a Design Authority and customer communities.
• Experience managing technical status and progression of work packages.
• Ability to develop verification/validation strategies with project teams.
• Experience coordinating supplier performance against cost, schedule and tech requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the equipment's requirements and flow-down into the supply chain.
• Define verification and validation strategies with the project team.
• Collect and assess technical evidence from testing/analysis.
• Ensure safety and secure integrity through the development cycle.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the solution.
• Support travel within the UK to support programmes as needed.
